Allencrest Capital Fund I LP offers securities pursuant to an exemption from registration under Rule 506(c) of Regulation D. Under Rule 506(c), the issuer is required to take "reasonable steps" to verify that all purchasers are accredited investors. This is a higher standard than the self-certification permitted under Rule 506(b).

Accordingly, prior to accepting any investment, Allencrest will verify your accredited investor status through one or more of the following methods: (a) review of tax returns, W-2 forms, or other documentation evidencing income; (b) review of bank, brokerage, or other financial statements evidencing net worth; (c) a written confirmation from a registered broker-dealer, SEC-registered investment adviser, licensed CPA, or licensed attorney that such person has taken reasonable steps within the prior three months to verify your accredited investor status; or (d) verification of applicable professional licenses held in good standing.

Submission of an investor inquiry form does not constitute acceptance of any investment. All investments are subject to satisfactory completion of accredited investor verification and execution of all required subscription documents.
