Joshua Allen Moss founded Allencrest Group with a singular focus: acquiring underperforming limited-service hotels at a discount, deploying institutional-grade automation technology to transform operations, and delivering premium risk-adjusted returns to investors.
His approach combines rigorous financial underwriting with deep expertise in hotel technology — specifically the HotelKey PEP platform and Virdee deskless operations stack that power Allencrest's competitive edge. Joshua evaluates every acquisition through a dual lens: can the property be purchased below replacement cost, and can our technology platform deliver measurable operating efficiencies within 90 days of transition?
Joshua's markets span Atlanta, Charleston, Kansas City, and Phoenix — regions he has identified as offering the best combination of demand drivers, distressed acquisition opportunity, and Hilton brand alignment. Each market was selected through proprietary screening criteria that analyze RevPAR trajectories, competitive set density, new supply pipelines, and the availability of distressed or underperforming Hilton-flagged properties.
